The criteria is as follows:-Candidates must have completed a 3-year tertiary qualification in Finance. SAP experience will be an advantage. Candidates must have a matric with mathematics. Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet. Candidate must not have a criminal record. Candidates must currently be unemployed. Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program. Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) relocation is NOT an option. Candidates must be under the age of 35 as at 1 July 2024. Candidates must be a South African Citizen. Competencies/Skills Required:-
Proficient in English good grammar and spelling. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good mathematical and numerical skills. Maintain a high-level confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent organisational and own time management skills. Possess good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette. Attention to detail. Must be able to work under pressure. Responsibilities:-
Reduce operation expenses Reconcile expenses credit card, petty cash, travelling and subsistence allowance etc Client and Vendor contract administration Asset Management Ensure correct posting of accounts and follow-up on incorrect postings Prepare Billing and Procurement requests. Assist in preparation of relevant month-end Balance sheet journal requests. Assisting Business with financial admin related queriesOnly applications sent through the website will be considered.
