Key Responsibilities:
Data Capturing: Accurately entering and maintaining data in the system. Stock Controlling: Assisting with stock management, including processing stock invoices and performing stock adjustments. Administrative Duties: General assistance with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Processing of Stock Invoices: Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for stock. Conduct Weekly Stock Takes: Monitoring inventory and performing stock checks on a weekly basis. Requirements:
Matric or Certificate (Relevant qualifications will be considered). Transport: Must be able to commute to and from work without any issues. Experience with Stock Controlling: Previous experience managing stock and inventory is essential. Data Capturing & Invoicing: Must be experienced in handling data entry and processing invoices. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good command of English. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage time effectively. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to integrity and accuracy. Multitasking & Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
