Minimum requirements:Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Degree Minimum 3 years' professional work experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Axle Kinematics and Suspension Components would be an advantage Prior knowledge / exposure to Fastener Technologies, DIN Norms and Torque Processes Familiar with manufacturing processes and production methods Profound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kaizen and Kanban Strong mathematical and analytical skills Experienced moderator, trainer and teambuilding know-how Ensure that the customer portal is updated for reports such as customer score cards, corrective and preventative actions Assist in Auditors pool in the region to conduct audit at other facilities Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
