Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the National Sales Strategy across multiple channels. Manage and lead a team, including Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers. Define and implement sales objectives, budgets, and performance indicators. Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability. Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. Oversee stakeholder relationship management and ensure high service levels. Monitor sales performance metrics and initiate corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with company culture and leadership principles.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field (NQF Level 7+). Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG. At least 5 years of people management experience in a corporate sales environment. Proven experience working with major retail accounts and wholesale distribution networks. Strong expertise in new business development, including identifying and entering new sales channels. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for both existing and new markets. Understanding of category management, merchandising, and promotional planning within FMCG. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively and work extended hours when required. Valid Drivers License (Code EC).Why Join?
