Candidates should have a National Diploma in Civil Engineering with draughting experience, a strong background in AutoCAD and at least a years experience in a similar role (or knowledge and interest in the construction manufacturing environment), exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. A high level of numeracy, literacy, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal skills are also needed.
