Description:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with 3+ years finance/sales/admin/HR experience construction type environment preferred Must be computer literate on MS Office with Xero & Simple Pay experience ideal Valid drivers license and fluent in Xhosa & English Must have a confident personality Ideal candidates would be resident in the Nahoon Dam area, if not, a travel allowance might be an option The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Bookkeeping Xero Accounting & Simple Pay purchase orders, delivery notes, invoicing and statements, cashflows, wages, bank recons, SARS, UIF, Provident funds etc Inhouse sales / Admin phone calls, walk ins, quoting, follow ups, delivery notes, monitoring tenders / projects, filing etc HR personnel files, casual wages, leave, IOD, labour issues etc
Salary: Market related
