Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site coordination within the automotive or engineering industry. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their applications in the automotive sector. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry compliance standards.
