10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate training. 5+ years in a senior leadership or training role within a large or mid-sized company. Proven track record of creating and implementing leadership programs that drive measurable career growth. Strong expertise in succession planning, high-potential talent identification, and performance management integration. Experience in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or high-growth corporate environments is a plus.
