Description:
Key Responsibilities:Perform general administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents. Capture and process financial data accurately in the SYSPRO ERP system. Assist in managing petty cash transactions. Support the finance team with data entry and reconciliation of transactions. Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving financial records. Help prepare reports and documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Provide additional support to the finance department as required. Job Skills Required:
Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with SYSPRO or similar ERP systems (preferred but not required). Job Qualifications:
Matric qualification. Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to kickstart their career in finance.
