Description:
Requirements:12+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience leading a specialized cybersecurity team in large environments. Strong knowledge of security operations, threat detection, and incident response. Experience with adversarial frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and PCI-DSS. Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the cybersecurity SOC/purple team, focusing on talent development and performance management. Oversee cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, and red teaming. Enhance SOC capabilities and contribute to the development of a threat-informed, risk-based cybersecurity strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve cybersecurity processes, policies, and guidelines. Manage external security partner relationships and contribute to annual cybersecurity roadmap execution.
