We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience through a variety of spa services. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of service, wellness, and relaxation for all guests.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of the full spa service portfolio. Deliver a variety of spa treatments including body therapies, facials, massages, waxing, micro-needling, and more. Acknowledge and respond to guest queries, needs, and expectations promptly. Suggest and promote retail products or additional services to enhance the guest experience. Be knowledgeable about all spa therapies and retail offerings. Maintain equipment and keep the spa room clean and stocked. Ensure all displays are fresh, clean, and eye-catching. Provide the highest level of service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Uphold the standard of treatments and ensure all services meet quality expectations.Main Requirements
Relevant qualification in aesthetics (Masters Diploma in Aesthetics, ITEC, CIDESCO, or SAAHSP). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a spa therapist. Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, face and body therapies, advanced facials, and holistic treatments. Passionate about healing, wellness, and providing exceptional service. Fluent in English. Basic computer skills.
