Technical Operations Manager

Description:

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources and administration;
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, business plans and meet goal and metrics;
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly;
• Adhere to high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and applicable laws;
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
  
  
• Proof of PSIRA certification;
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• Proven operations management experience as a Technical manager or similar role;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management role;
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices;
• Ability to meet invoicing forecasts and project goals;
• Excellent knowledge of the electronic security environment and applications thereof;
• Must be up to date with all industry rules and regulations;
• Leadership and human resources management skills;
• Must have good client liaison and administration skills;
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and relevant software programs;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proven track record in the Electronics Security Industry;
• Must be results driven, customer focused and have good organizational skills;
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships;
• Sound interpersonal skills, leadership and must have ability to work under pressure;
• Willing to work long hours due to job requirements;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
• Own transport and drivers license;
