- Expatriate Tax Compliance & Advisory Ensuring tax compliance for expatriates, advising on residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits.
- Global Mobility & Assignment Structuring Optimizing salary structures, tax equalization, and mobility policies for multinational clients.
- SARS Engagement & Dispute Resolution Managing SARS audits, tax disputes, voluntary disclosures, and compliance issues.
- Business Development & Client Management Leading client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and managing expatriate tax programs.
- Team Leadership & Training Mentoring staff, conducting tax training, and staying updated on global tax trends.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- BCom Accounting or SAIT/SAICA accreditation is essential
- Post-graduate Degree in taxation is essential
- 10+ years experience in taxation is essential
- 8 to 10+ years experience in the audit, consulting space
- Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred
