Key Responsibilities:As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of monthly management reports.
- Reconciliation of capital expenditure accounts.
- Supervision of cost and administration staff.
- Conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Providing insights to support financial decision-making.
Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom or BCom Hons in Accounting or Finance.
- 35 years of experience in the property industry (essential).
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment.
