Description:
Duties:- Manage financial reporting for multiple portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all financial activities.
- Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and budgets for allocated portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insight to support decision-making within the business.
- Assist with the preparation of audit packs and coordinate with Auditors during the audit process.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the portfolio.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including property managers, clients, and Auditors.
- Role reports to the Portfolio Manager.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- A BCom or similar qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 4-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the property, asset management, or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
