DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement divisional financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Ensure compliance with financial governance frameworks, policies, and statutory regulations. Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations. Monitor and optimize financial performance through accurate reporting and analysis. Manage stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies and governance structures. Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Oversee cost control measures, approve expenditures, and monitor budgetary compliance.

WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting Sciences (NQF Level 8). Advantageous: Certification as a Chartered Accountant Registration with the relevant professional body. Relevant business experience working in a finance role, post articles. Management or leadership experience. Experience in operational financial management processes, collaborating with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.
