Requirements:Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent 2-3 Years in a warehouse role Familiarity with safety regulations and certifications for operating heavy equipment. Syspro Knowledge. Strong Communication Skills. Warehouse Management Responsibilities:
Carry out all general warehouse management duties and procedures. Manage receipt and dispatch of equipment. Preparing of warehouse for stock take. Supervision of delivery and delivery staff. To follow-up on all customer complaints relating to delivery shortages/inaccuracies/damaged stock, etc. in order to maintain good customer relations. Ensuring the on-going maintenance and updating of the warehouse computer system in accordance with the agreed procedures/ standards. Ensuring that absenteeism, labour turnover, late-coming, overtime and the employment of casuals remain within acceptable limits at all times. To ensure that all staff wear the appropriate protective clothing and equipment in the warehouse.
