A prominent company, specializing in property, facilities management, and retail services, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join their finance team. This is a permanent opportunity for a CA(SA) to manage the full financial function for multiple entities, within a dynamic and growing business. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and more, all while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.Duties:
Oversee the full financial function for multiple entities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage tax compliance and filings, including VAT, income tax, and statutory returns. Lead and support the finance team, ensuring efficient execution of financial processes and providing guidance for continuous improvement. Provide financial insights through analysis to assist senior management in driving business decisions. Assist with cash flow management and optimize working capital. Ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring that they are performing accurately and effectively. Present key financial information to senior leadership, highlighting trends and variances to support strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
CA(SA) qualification is required. 3 years post-articles experience in financial management, with experience in service industries, property, facilities, or retail. Proven ability to manage financial functions for multiple entities. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software. Strong knowledge of tax compliance, including VAT and income tax.
