Minimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree/Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification. 5+ years of experience in warehouse, packing, and operations management. 3+ years of experience in a managerial role. Proficiency in computer literacy and warehouse management systems. Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, and cost management. Expertise in inventory control, safety management, and planning. Ensure forklifts are optimally utilized, maintained, and retain long-term value. Drive cost efficiency in warehouse operations, including variable and fixed costs. Implement and monitor safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment. Maintain accurate planning, budgeting, and execution of operational strategies. Lead, train, and assess warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry standards, trade metrology regulations, and SMETA objectives.
