Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments. Develop custom Ansible modules to take automation to the next level. Optimize & troubleshoot automation workflows for peak performance. Train & mentor teams, ensuring best practices are shared and followed. What You Bring to the Table:
8+ years experience in an architectural role with deep expertise in Ansible Automation. Red Hat Certified with a strong foundation in on-prem & virtualization tech. Strong scripting skills in Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & virtualization (VMware, OpenStack). Passion for troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-sharing. Experience with automated testing & Agile working methodologies.
