Your Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies specifically for MEP systems. Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract documentation for mechanical and electrical works. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments for MEP installations. Manage contract administration, variations, and claims related to MEP projects. Track and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost-saving measures. Assess and certify interim and final payments for MEP contractors and suppliers. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare financial reports, cash flow projections, and valuations related to MEP works.What Were Looking For:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related field. Experience in MEP cost estimation, contract management, and procurement. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction contracts, and industry standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and cost management software. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
