Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food industry (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and brand management Experience in creating and managing content for social media and trade communication Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of chocolate/confectionery market trends Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing and Graphic design experience Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Retail & E-Commerce Support:
Work closely with sales teams to support retail promotions and in-store activations Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize digital sales and enhance the online shopping experience
Advertising & Promotions:
Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, and TV channels Develop promotional activities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Brand Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each brand's unique identity and market position. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Oversee the graphic design of packaging.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Create and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach
Public Relations & Events:
Develop press releases and manage media relations Plan and coordinate brand events, product launches, and trade shows
Budgeting & Reporting:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure success.
