What Youll Be Doing:
ð??¹ Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts by analyzing sales trends, costs, and market dynamics.
ð??¹ Collaborate with sales and operational teams to align financial strategies with business performance.
ð??¹ Provide financial insights to optimize profitability and decision-making.
ð??¹ Manage working capital, ensuring effective cash management and risk mitigation.
ð??¹ Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals.
ð??¹ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
ð??¹ Ensure financial compliance and best practices.
ð??¹ Support investment and funding decisions through data-driven financial modeling.
ð??¹ Track and analyze key financial KPIs for continuous performance improvement.
What Were Looking For:
â?? 5+ years of experience in financial management, forecasting, and operational finance.
â?? Deep understanding of sales cycles, operations, and business performance drivers.
â?? Expertise in cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
â?? Strong proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
â?? Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; BI tools experience is a plus.
â?? Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred but not essential.
â?? Strong communicator and collaborator with a commercial mindset.
