We are currently seeking a Senior Site Agent to join our team for a prestigious large-scale student accommodation project. This is a 2-year contract opportunity, and we are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in similar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the on-site team, ensuring efficient project delivery from start to finish. Oversee site production, focusing on meeting deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and manage site staff, promoting a productive and positive working environment. Effectively coordinate subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Manage material procurement and requirements, ensuring timely availability of all necessary resources. Foster strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Ensure that quality control processes are adhered to and that issues are addressed proactively.Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience on site, with a strong focus on managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in student accommodation or similar sectors. Production and quality-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Proven experience in staff management and development, with a strong ability to get the best performance from your site team. Exceptional skills in subcontractor coordination, including managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
