PRODUCTION MANAGER - Extensive LEADERSHIP experience* Paper & Pulp or Tissue Industry experience will be an
 Advantage
* Degree/Diploma in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING,
 MANUFACTURING or Related field is preferred
* Proficiency in All Microsoft Office Packages, especially Excel
* MUST have Extensive experience in a Leadership Role - Minimum 6 Year's Leadership experience
* Oversee All aspects of the Production Process
* Scheduling & Planning
* Trouble Shooting & Problem Solving
* Strong knowledge of:
 MANUFACTURING PROCESSES, /EQUIPMENT & QUALITY
 CONTROL SYSTEMS
* Strong Problem Solving
* Health & Safety & Environmental Regulations
* Proficiency in PRODUCTION PLANNING &Â INVENTORY
  MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
* Microsoft Proficient, especially Excel
* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
