Minimum requirements:Matric 2-3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary Assisting in the preparation and drafting of legal documents relating to property transactions Maintaining and updating files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to facilitate property transactions Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
