Minimum Requirements:BSc or BA degree in BusinessÙ« Psychology or other related area; an additional certification such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) will be a bonus. 5+ years' experience of working on a L&D ManagerÙ« Training Manager or other relevant position. Experience in project management and budgeting. Experience in attracting new students and new business development is required. Working knowledge of Moodle. Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Understanding of the new QCTO framework as well as SETA. Registered facilitator. Learning and Development Manager responsibilities are:
Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs. New Business Development. Review individual and organisational development needs. Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywideÙ« such as coachingÙ« job-shadowingÙ« online training and so on. Organise e-learning coursesÙ« workshops and other trainings. Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Collaborate with managers to develop their team members. Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts.
