REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in accounts receivable management, credit control, or collections. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems (Preferably Syspro) and Financial Reporting tools Financial Acumen Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management Team Leadership & Supervision Client Relationship Management Credit Risk Management Reporting & Analysis Assist with ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects as required by management.
