  • Grade 12 (Diploma or General Business/Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Property/Facilities Management
  • Experience in student accommodation (advantageous but not essential)
  • Valid Code 08 drivers license (preferred)
  • Must be willing to live onsite Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities management and maintenance oversight
