Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in banking and payments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, payment processing, and regulatory compliance, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for banking and payment solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and compliance teams to design and implement payment solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
Define and document business processes, workflows, and use cases related to banking and payments.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security requirements in payment processing
Develop test plans and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
Provide ongoing support and analysis for implemented banking and payment systems.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and regulatory changes to recommend best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field - Advantageous
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or payments industry.
Strong understanding of payment processing
Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking sector.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
