Production Planning for the factory
Ensure the daily Production Plan is timeously and efficiently Implemented
Maintain and Optimise production performance and production processes
Develop, Maintain, and Control Production and Quality Procedures and Practices
Manage and control CIP and cleaning procedures and practices in the factory
Support to the engineering department to ensure sufficient maintenance and engineering services
Contribute to engineering and equipment or infrastructural improvements
Ensure a Safe and Healthy Working Environment
Maintain an environment of continuous improvement and effective teamwork
Manage Human resources in the factory
Perform Administration

Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Production / Operations Management / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering Management
Project Management Certificate or Training
Minimum of 6 - 7 years within a production role
Minimum of 3 5 yrs Management
