Description:
Job Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing and production processes. Identify areas for cost reduction, process improvements, and quality enhancements. Work closely with operations, quality control, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Develop and implement new process technologies and equipment upgrades. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process inefficiencies or failures. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor process performance and provide continuous feedback and recommendations for improvements. Lead or participate in process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians as needed.
Job Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification ( Engineering) At least 5 years or more leadership role in painting related environment OEM / Automotive painting experience relevant
