Minimum requirements:
Matric qualification Accounting qualifications (Advantageous) 5+ years' experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Responsibilities: Experience in Debtors and Creditors management Generate and provide sales reports for management, ensuring accurate financial reporting Reconcile bank statements, handle discrepancies, and pass journals Assist with audits, stock-takes, and the preparation of VAT returns and asset registers Manage debtor accounts, process journals, and address creditor queries and payments Oversee petty cash, leave registers, and produce reports for head office Stand in for the Manager when needed and ensure smooth branch operations
