Description:
Duties:Supervision and participation in Reception & Reservation Desk
Oversee daily/weekly/monthly Reports
Oversee Housekeeping and Laundry staff and activities
Rostering and timekeeping Reports on Department
Produce together with the GM seasonal and periodic Specials and Promotions
PMS and rate integrity management
Requirements:
Matric
A Tertiary qualification in hospitality and / or online marketing
At least 2 years in a 3 / 4* Hotel environment in the same or similar position
Experience in rate strategy and online booking engines preferred
Computer literate
Previous experience of PMS and POS an advantage
Work under pressure and unsociable hours
Good communicator
Good in supervision of Staff
Guest oriented
