We are looking for a highly organised and results-driven Internal Operations Manager to lead our recruitment team and oversee operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless office management, staff performance tracking, KPI management, and outstanding client engagement . Key Responsibilities:
🌟 Team Leadership & Support
- Oversee the recruitment team’s daily activities, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Track individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and support to meet targets.
- Lead daily stand-ups and team meetings, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Act as the primary point of support for consultants, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
📊 Performance & KPI Management
- Monitor, measure, and report on recruitment KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results .
- Maintain compliance with recruitment best practices and ensure processes run smoothly.
🤝 Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants to ensure exceptional client service .
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns swiftly, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
💬 Customer Service & Client Liaison
- Maintain strong communication channels with our international client base .
- Support clients with onboarding planning, coaching discussions, and performance feedback for staff.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the internal recruitment team , ensuring smooth coordination.
- Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to enhance the client experience .
👥 Candidate & Process Management
- Oversee and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes for efficiency.
- Ensure smooth candidate experiences, from sourcing to placement.
- Implement best practices in talent management and recruitment delivery .
🏢 Office & Operations Management
- Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations and resource management .
- Optimise CRM systems, job boards, and internal recruitment tools to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive business success.
Key Skills & Experience:
✔ Proven experience in recruitment operations, office management, or team leadership .
✔ Strong understanding of recruitment processes , KPIs, and industry best practices.
✔ People management experience – ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team .
✔ Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong customer service experience , particularly with international clients.
✔ Highly organised, detail-oriented , and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with a client and candidate-focused mindset.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office .
✔ Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
