They are currently seeking an Aerospace Systems Engineer to lead system design and requirement activities within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and structure the system engineering process, creating a system engineering plan tailored for complex rocket and missile systems. Lead and collaborate with a team of specialized technical experts. Identify system requirements and assess technical risks. Break down functions and describe interfaces between system components. Allocate requirements to system elements and ensure proper integration. Design and synthesize technical solution concepts. Conduct trade-off studies to evaluate optimal system solutions. Develop verification and validation strategies to ensure system functionality. Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA). Lead and participate in requirement and design reviews. Maintain a comprehensive systems engineering database and documentation.Required Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Master's in Aeronautical Engineering preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in an aerospace engineering or similar technical field. Proven ability to meet high professional standards. Strong understanding of systems engineering practices and the ability to apply international standards to meet project objectives. Willingness to learn and effectively apply modern systems engineering software tools. Hands-on experience in system-level design. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and subsystems simultaneously. Collaborative team player with a proactive and self-driven work ethic.
