Support bespoke software products remotely and onsite when needed
Manage and script in SQL-rich environments, ensuring smooth operations
Be the customers hero by resolving help desk calls from start to finish
Perform software installations, upgrades, and training for clients
Collaborate with internal teams to grant every customers wish for exceptional service
Skills & Experience:
SQL Mastery: Minimum 2+ years of scripting and administrating Microsoft SQL Express/Server
Help Desk Proficiency: Skilled in call logging and lifecycle management (ITIL exposure a plus!)
Tech Know-How: Microsoft Office wizardry and experience with handheld/mobile scanners
Industry Savvy: Bonus points for experience in the fruit or meat industries
Valid drivers license and reliable transport (with a company vehicle provided when available)
Exceptional time management and communication skills.
A team player with a knack for building strong client and colleague relationships
Passion for innovation and a drive to exceed customer expectations
