DUTIES
Delivery of orders to various customers Checking the stock before deliveries go to customers Capturing stock information onto the system Developing in-depth knowledge of the companyâ??s product range, including features, benefits, and applications to effectively advise customers Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals Any adhoc responsibilitiesSalary: R negotiable dependent on experience
