Responsibilities:
Uncover process optimization opportunities and leverage self-service BI tools to enhance performance. Develop data driven- strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue through data-driven insights. Identify trends in data to solve recurring issues and recommend actionable solutions. Create and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with data and business teams to design effective data analysis and reporting solutions. Analyse client and management feedback, suggesting process improvements and enhancing reporting solutions. Share insights and knowledge with team members while participating in cross-functional projects. Validate data extraction logic and ensure data accuracy through team collaboration.Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics role. Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are advantageous. Strong knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft SQL, Postgres SQL, Confluence, Jira, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
