LODGE MANAGER (4/5 STAR) – MPUMALANGA

Description:

A well-established luxury safari lodge is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee the full operation of the property. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader with a strong hospitality background, capable of managing multiple departments while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Requirements:

• Work Cycle: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Matric certificate (Grade 12); relevant hospitality qualifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star lodge.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of lodge reservation systems is an advantage.
• First Aid certification is beneficial.
