- RE5 certification (Regulatory Exam for Representatives).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial sales, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including investments, insurance, and wealth management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience using CRM software and digital sales tools is an advantage.
