- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance procurement decision-making and supplier evaluation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification (CIPS, MCIPS, or MBA) is highly advantageous.
- 8-10 years of procurement experience , with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role.
- Industry experience in financial services, insurance, or investment is essential.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations , governance frameworks, and compliance within the financial sector.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation .
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analytics tools.
