Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a meticulous and driven Portfolio Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Job & Company Description:Manage financial reporting for multiple portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all financial activities.
Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and budgets for allocated portfolios.
Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations and accounting standards.
Provide detailed financial analysis and insight to support decision-making within the business.
Assist in the preparation of audit packs and coordinate with auditors during the audit process.
rack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the portfolio.
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including property managers, clients, and auditors. Role report to the Portfolio Manager
Skills Required:
A B.Com or similar qualification in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the property, asset management, or real estate sector.
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
