Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Attendant to join their team at their luxurious 5-star game lodge. As the first point of contact for their guests, you will provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure that all guest needs are met with the highest level of hospitality, ensuring every stay is memorable. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-outs and ensure accurate billing.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries, offering assistance as needed (e.g., room preferences, local information).
  • Maintain and update guest reservations and room availability.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, welcoming, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of lodge facilities, activities, and events to assist guests effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in busy or challenging situations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and activities is an advantage.
