Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of their lodge. The Lodge Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service, and overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the property. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage lodge staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest services.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the lodge and its facilities.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- 2-4 years previous experience in lodge management or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
