You'll be the driving force behind planning and executing campaigns, liaising with clients, tracking timelines, and ensuring our team is set up for success. If you’re results-driven, hands-on, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Planning and organizing installation resources.
✔️ Making sure the team is prepped and ready for their tasks.
✔️ Working closely with our logistics guru to ensure everything arrives on time.
✔️ Supporting installation teams and troubleshooting challenges.
✔️ Reviewing and signing off on installation photos.
✔️ Keeping the client in the loop and ensuring top-notch quality control.
✔️ Compiling audit & completion reports (yep, we love keeping things documented!).
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
🔹 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar).
🔹 Background in Visual Merchandising/shopfitting? That’s a BIG plus!
🔹 A degree in Business Admin or Project Management would be great.
🔹 Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills.
🔹 Valid driver’s license & own transport – you’ll need to be mobile.
🔹 Highly organized & deadline-driven (we move fast!).
🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
🔹 Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
🔹 Willing to put in extra hours when needed.
