We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, current clients, and closing sales deals. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new revenue streams and expanding our market reach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking other sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation to prospective clients
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activity, providing regular updates to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
