LabourTek is seeking an experienced HR Officer to lead an FMCG human resources department in the Western Cape.
This pivotal role requires a minimum of 5 – 7 years in HR management, with a strong background in aligning HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with HR certification preferred.
Requirements:
Responsibilities include managing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws, developing and implementing employee training programs, and providing strategic HR support to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
