Junior Conveyancing Attorney A reputable law firm in Durbanville is seeking a talented and motivated Junior conveyancing attorney to join their Conveyancing Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for estate transfers and property law to contribute to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process estate transfers and normal transfers.
- Handle bond applications for Standard Bank and Nedbank.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize software tools including GHOSTCONVEY (now LEXISCONVEY), STORDOC, and Legalsuite for document management and processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in a law firm.
- Admitted attorney with relevant qualifications in conveyancing.
- Proficiency in computer software, including strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Legalsuite is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- A valid driver’s license.
