Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
- Bevestig voorraadbeskikbaarheid in die pakhuis voordat bestellings geplaas word.
- Bevestig pryse met verskaffers voordat bestellings geplaas word.
- Identifiseer produkte van verskeie verskaffers volgens vereistes.
- Laai alle aankoopbestellings in die databasis (OraxSDI).
- Hou die lys van uitstaande aankoopbestellings op datum en verseker dat dit elke Vrydag per e-pos na die relevante persone gestuur word.
- Volg op oor uitstaande bestellings.
- Ontvang aflewerings vanaf verskeie verskaffers.
- Teken alle inkomende aflewerings op in die databasis (OraxSDI).
- Handhaaf dokumentasie vir alle produkte wat in die pakhuis ontvang is volgens maatskappy beleide.
- Dokumenteer en kommunikeer enige probleme met die ontvangs van produkte binne 24 uur.
- Skandeer alle dokumentasie en laai dit op die databasis (Server)
- Doen voorraadopnames elke twee weke.
- Verseker dat alle herstelwerk en kredietprosessering vinnig en akkuraat hanteer word.

Warehouse Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Boksburg . If you excel in administration, have a strong focus on accuracy and time management, and have the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Boksburg
Salary: R10,000 – R20,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm stock availability in the warehouse before placing orders.
- Confirm pricing with suppliers before placing orders.
- Source products from various suppliers as needed.
- Ensure procurement has the correct details to place purchase orders.
- Capture all purchase orders into the database (OraxSDI).
- Keep the list of outstanding purchase orders up-to-date and ensure it is emailed to the applicable persons every Friday.
- Follow up on outstanding orders regularly.
- Accept deliveries from various suppliers.
- Receive all inbound shipments into the database (OraxSDI).
- Create labels for all received products in the warehouse.
- Handle the documentation for all products received according to company policy.
- Accurately document any discrepancies or exceptions in receiving within 24 hours.
- Scan all documentation into the database (Server) and name them accurately.
- Update product locations in the database (OraxSDI).
- Conduct stock takes bi-weekly.
- Ensure repairs and credits are processed efficiently and followed up daily.
- Issue tools to technicians and ensure updates in the database.
- Book tools back into the warehouse and update the database.
